As of now, I only have Prophecies. If I were to buy the kit, would it allow me to create PvP characters from the different expansions and to unlock skills from the other expansions?

yes it will allow you the skills from all the campaigns....as to being able to create an assissin etc...i would believe you can but i am not positive.

I also wondered about this - I don't own a copy of EotN expansion
- does the PvP kit give me access to the skills?
I just want to be sure before I buy it.
